Enquiries made through the site include a name, an email address, a phone number, and shipment details such as the type of work, the number of works, the origin, and the destination. Correspondence that follows an enquiry is kept with it.

The site also records basic analytics: pages visited, approximate location, and device type. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify visitors.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, plan and deliver services, and meet legal, insurance, and customs requirements. Capit does not sell or rent personal information.
